At Autodune Car Rental, we strive to provide exceptional service and transparency. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

1. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled rental start time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental start time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to [insert percentage or amount], depending on the booking terms.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the rental period has started.

2. Changes to Booking

Booking changes (dates, vehicle type, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Changes must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental start time.

3. Refunds for Service Issues

If a service is not provided as agreed, customers should notify us immediately.
Valid refund claims will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.

4. Payment Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:
No-shows.
Early termination of rental by the customer without prior agreement.
Violations of rental terms and conditions.
